They are building a heck of a stadium over there in College Station. It pisses me off because I will never get to watch LSU play there due to the game being on Thanksgiving.

I wonder how many tickets LSU will return to A&M? Is there enough tiger fans in Houston who will make the trip?

There were a frick ton of LSU fans in College Station in 2012. Don't know why this year would be any different.

LSU will sell out their allotment period the end. With it being a night game and the proximity to Houston many Houston fans will attend the game.

That game was on a Saturday early in the season.

This years game is on Thanksgiving. Big difference.

Oh yeah. Durrrrr.

But I don't know, there is a HUGE LSU contingent in East Texas. Could be interesting.

why would any tiger fan want to go see LSU play that mid-major program?

If LSU and ATM are both ranked, it doesn't matter if it's Tuesday night in South Dakota. Folks will travel.

An argument for having it Thanksgiving day is it may be easier for many to make the trip. As for my family, we're not limited to where we fry our turkey, drink our beers, and later take the required Thanksgiving day nap. College Station will suffice.

I was going, but I'm also a huge 49ers fan and my inner 49ers fan will not allow my inner LSU fan to enjoy the LSU/ A&M game while 49ers/ Seahawks is on at the exact same time.

So I don't know how I'm going to work this out, but I should have two extra A&M tix for those looking to buy some...

...Uhh, DVR the NFL game.

You can't DVR a real life, in person atmosphere.

There are so many alumni in Houston that there are two alumni clubs. College Station is just an hour or so away. Great atmosphere and the Aggies treat you right. Why would we not fill our allotment?

Kyle Field is always worth the trip. Notice I said Kyle Field, not the Aggies.

But I'll be going. Without a doubt.

It's a shame this game can't be moved to Black Friday.

Most people around the country visit or host relatives and watch the NFL games only on Turkey Day.

49ers vs. Seahawks will be going on at the same time as the LSU-A&M game. :-(
