Who is the QB from FL we signed that is enrolling in January?

I don't come here often but a family friend was telling me about a recruit that we landed that is from Destin, FL and will be enrolling in January to be apart of the 2015 team.
I'm sure it has been talked about on here but I couldn't find anything on him through the minor research I did. I trust you guys more than those nerds at Google anyways.
If you know who I am talking about will you please post a link to some of his stats or highlights?

We have two QBs verbally committed at the moment, the one from Florida will not be here until 2016.

I saw that but that isn't the one I am talking about. Maybe it hasn't been announced or something yet but apparently there is a kid from Destin (last name starts with an S) that is enrolling in January and will be on the roster as a QB.
They very well could've been mistaken but they made it sound like they were good family friends with the kid's parents.
