Cops dont write tickets for using cell phone so no problem there.

I wish they did write tickets for that though.

Cops can suck, but not as bad as truckers who fricking drive in the left lane and don't get over.

frick them all to hell.

I wish we would adopt the no trucks in left lane rule.

There is a rule for this, doesnt just apply to trucks.

Never enforced though.

Cop did a good thing. Truck driver shouldn't of been such a dick after the cop admitted he was probably speeding.

Yeah, left lane for passing only.

Just IMO on a three lane or greater highway a truck has no business in the left lane unless it's an exit or merge.

The other day I'm stuck behind a slow moving truck living in the left lane at I10 and Veterans, knowing the new left lane is just a 1000 feet away, I put on my left turn blinker. As soon as the lane opens the goddam truck goes into it.
I passed him on the right holding my horn down, what else could I do?
Them and the rinky dink dumptrucks that shoot rocks all over mess my day up.

Ive gotten a new windshield by calling the number on back of truck. It was a small dum truck company and they actually connected me to the owner. Threatened a lawyer and he sent a $150 check the next week.

Dont buy the "not responsible for broken windshield" bullshite posted on the back of the trucks.

I understand cops can be dicks and all, but this new wave of "police gotcha" videos only makes those people look like idiots. Them jokers walking around Wal-Mart with rifles slung over their back begging for police to question just so they can act like some certified paralegal, or those people that get difficult with police for the reason of getting a rise out of them on video.

The only good one I have seen was the one where the guy driving through Texas fought some ticket and then fought the district attorney in that town or something like that. It was posted on here somewhere.

+1

I remember one on there that lots were supporting where the cop flat out asks on camera why were you circling a crime scene cordon.

Significance of that statement was mostly ignored.

I remember that one, and while the cop did lose his cool and act extremely unprofessional.

The fella circling was asking for trouble. Is it illegal to drive around a crime scene or whatever it was? I am not sure, but there was certainly nothing wrong with the officer asking him why he was doing it.

disagree, the cop was caught dead to right, tried to lie, then crawfished, all the while, still being aggressive, and using the implied threat of ticketing, and the bogus "inspection," cops are dicks

How can you guys defend the cop after he clearly contradicted himself and lied to save his arse. "Well actually um, cops are allowed to use um, technology while we drive". And then at the end of the video, when he knows he can't bullshite his way out of it, he admits he shouldn't have been on his phone.

When he brought up illegal use of the horn, he sounded jusy like Walter from Lebowski. "Also dude, having a rodent, um, within city limits, that ain't legal either"
