Go to songs when you're smoking some BBQ.

Been sitting here smoking all day long.

Just realized I listen to nothing but the blues when I'm smoking that 'Q.

Makes it taste better, IMO.

My favorites...

Elmore

Muddy Waters

Howlin Wolf

And of course Mr. Hooker.

What do y'all listen too while tending that fire?

Gimme some links while I finish up on this Q.

I do like the WP, never thought about them with Q.

However, this is playing as I type this...

Tell Mama

So, understand my mindset.

Not blues, but it popped up on the playlist.

However I will take that into consideration.

Panic is perfect for BBQ. That and some Allman Brothers, Traffic, Clapton, old school funk, etc.

gov't mule laying down some heavy metal blues would be perfect.

and to the poster who coined the heavy metal blues line, thank you. I've always tried to figure out the right way to describe mule and that is pretty much perfect.
