why does Microsoft keep locking me out of my hotmail?

They're making me go through some security stuff and reset my password and when I finally do all that I still can't get to my email. This is not the first time they've done this either. No one has hacked into my email, there's nothing important in there anyway. frick you Bill Gates, let me look at my email.

Just restarted my computer, that worked. I also have a gmail account that I use for screwing around with. Maybe its time to start a "real" one.

outlook.com is actually pretty good, you could try that. An advantage is that it integrates with desktop Office quite nicely.

Yeah, most people have personal gmail accounts and use hotmail/yahoo as throwaway spam accounts.

Sounds like someone is trying to figure out your password and locking it out. If not human could be a not machine brute forcing
