I'm grilling steaks and salmon this evening. The wife and Thomas Magnum picked filets. The FIL and I picked a strip. 4lsu2jr decided on salmon. Grilled asparagus, baked potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms for the sides
I've also got a pork roast smoking in my Masterbuilt smoker for the fishing trip tomorrow.

It's in the shopping center by WalkOns. Where Qdoba was.
I really like it. Pasta and sandwiches. The sandwiches are very good, and they have some interesting ones.
I wish they could have waited for school starting to open because most people have no idea they exist and there are no students around.
Maybe that was their plan though. Maybe they're working out any kinks right now and plan to have a "grand opening" and do some marketing when school comes back.

Is that the new place that has all of the healthy style sandwiches? I want to say I heard the guys on 107.3 in the morning talk about it one morning on my way to work. If so, it sounded pretty good. I didn't know they had opened already. I'll definitely have to check it out. If you go, gives a report on what you think
ETA: Just looked up the place. I don't think it's the same one I'm thinking about. I want to say the place they were talking about was going to be in towne center.

Started with the marinara appetizer. It was good, but honestly that crab dip app sounds even better.
I had the Pigs and Figs sandwich, which I loved. Jones had the Southside Pasta, which was very good too. I ate the leftovers for lunch the next day.
The place is very cool looking inside too.
