Italian dressing and Tyme. Also salt and pepper of course.

I like to throw a little Montreal steak seasoning on mine.

Quite often, I use Paul Prudhomme's pork and veal dry seasoning. I like the taste.

Montreal is good. Also I like to marinade with a mixture of terriakee and obscene amounts of fresh garlic. It gives the a great glaze on the grill.

Sea salt, cracked black pepper, finely chopped fresh rosemary, pressed fresh garlic. You're welcome.

I always marinate pork chops. I can get more flavor into them that way. Here's what I've been using lately. Has a little asian flare to it.
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce (i use less sodium)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
4 gloves garlic crushed
black pepper to taste
I toss some chopped cilantro on them when they're done.

Rub a little spicy mustard to make them wet, then fresh rosemary, garlic, a little thyme, oregano, salt/pepper rubbed in real good. Most of the mustard burns off and you just have a moist, well seasoned chop leftover

I also like the rosemary garlic combo on pork.
