BOTOT - Do you actually enjoy being around women you don't want to sleep with?

I'll be the first to admit I really do not enjoy the company of women who:
A: I'm not dating/in a relationship with
B. Am not sexually attracted to
C. Can not help me in my professional life
Some notable exceptions are my mother, sister, family and a few girls I grew up with. Other than that, I'd rather be with the boys. I've made a conscious decision over the past year to try and make more female friends and its awful. I'm either bored out of my mind or end up trying to sleep with them.
Girls just annoy the piss out of me for the most part. Am I alone in these feels?

I did that in high school for a bit out of boredom, but ultimately I was attracted to some of her friends she was friends with, so I guess I had an ulterior motive even if I did not realize it at the time.

I know a few chicks who are cool and hunt/fish so are fun to be around. However, they are also at least semi attractive as well. Hard to say if I'd still hang with them if they were gross. Probably not.

I feel the same way except I have a hard time enjoying the company of guys as well. Love hanging out with the guys in my family but other than them, a bunch a dudes thinking with their penises just like me seems unproductive to me. Outside of spending time with the fam, if I'm not in a social position for pussy it just feels lame. A wing man is nice sometimes.

Oh okay. You're that kind of guy. I know your type. You guys are pretty self-centered. It's possible that you don't have any true friends whatsoever but you'll never realize it because you can never understand that level of friendship.

I have tons of friends but at arms length away. The last good friend I had was probably 3 years ago. I move a lot so I've sort of tamed myself into not getting comfortable with anything or anyone.

Love is about giving something of yourself, instead of always receiving.

I'm with you. Generally, I prefer the company of men for my friendship needs. Women tend to annoy me, generally. With the exception of family members, I generally tend to think about focking any female friends.
