Stress test.

Put yourself in the situation that induces a panic attack. Stay there until you get over it. Your body isn't going to let you die.

Keep practicing it

Xanax.

Lexapro daily.

Fortunately mine were situation specific and I know longer get them at all. Good luck.

I'm more of a chronic worrier. I don't have panic attacks, but something's always on my mind.

I find making lists helps me with this sometimes. Putting things to paper allows my mind to rest.

Nothing too severe, but beta blockers and gradual exposure helped.

This helps me. I got over my fear of flying through this.

Even when I don't have any tests, assignments, personal stuff, work stuff, etc. coming up, I worry about something way down the road, like months away. Or I'll stress/worry about stuff that I absolutely have under control.

it's stupid but that's just how it is.

I'm the same way. When it's gotten really bad in the past, I took some antidepressants for a couple of months to help. Hasn't gone away entirely, but hasn't been as bad since, either.
