Does anyone know if this row will be covered by the new South Upper expansion? TIA

The top row is row 41 and the overhand will cover approximately 4 rows. The overhang is far above that section so rain could blow in those top rows if windy. No sun during day games.

You sure about that??? From this pic it doesn't appear to be hanging over at all.

My seats on row 41 were moved from 417 to 416 when the camera area was created prior to last season. I have been up to my seats this summer and it's an estimate on how many rows are covered. Four rows is a guess. The picture shown is a little deceiving because of the angle.
Oddly enough, there is a misaligned between the new structure and the original bowl. I am sure the old structure was not perfectly symmetrical. The net is that the new section extends slight farther over 416 than 417 by about a yard.

We used to have seats 17-20 on that row. Got moved for cameras last year. The seats were right between the goal post. Great seats view wise. Moved us to section 416. Right by the tunnel. Much easier in and out

I just got 4 seats in 415, row 39... there are 2 rows above me. Got these seats to be right by some people in our tailgate group, but would be awesome if they were covered. I know it won't be covered enough to block rain, shade is what would have me like

I'm thinking a lot of the SEZ upper will benefit from added/earlier shade for the afternoon/evening games.

the addition starts out sitting back from covering the stadium, but it looks like the suites may get right out over some of the rows in the south end zone slightly but I wouldn't count on it for rain protection
