I think Davis over Donovan was a pretty glaring mistake. But almost every other button he's pushed has worked so he gets a pass from me for that

This seems like a really bad way to celebrate making it out of the Group of Death.

After watching these 3 games, the credit I'm giving to Jurgen is that he was savvy enough to know that, with or without Landon, we did not have the individual quality to make it out of that group. So he went with what he thought would be a more cohesive unit with mostly role players.

After Donovan was left off the roster, I remember reading that they would still want Klinsmann fired even if he won the World Cup so I'm guessing advancing to the Round of 16 isn't going to make them like him.

Brad Davis was getting prison raped down the left hand side. They had to switch him to the right early in the game because Podolski and Howedes are donkeys and weren't threatening much.

The only time I've ever legitimately questions Klinsy is when he left off Donovan, and I still think he's wrong about that. We could have used him in all 3 games, especially today.
