Orlando will receive Evan Fournier and the No. 56 pick from Denver for Arron Afflalo, I'm told. Yahoo reported Afflalo was outbound.
That's an absolute steal for Denver.

Afflalo to Denver. Round 2.

That assumes you look at this deal by itself.
If you look at it in context of the Bynum / Howard deal, then Orlando was already the huge winner there and just got even more from it.

Just remembered that Denver offered Faried/Afflalo/Chandler for Love a week ago.

Now Chicago can focus all it's energy going after Melo.
I'm a little surprised Orlando couldn't manage a higher pick dealing Afflalo but Fournier has enough potential to be just as good as, or even better than Afflalo.

Surely the Bulls would have offered one of their 1st for Afflalo, no?
Not real sure what Orlando is thinking

Yea I would have thought one of those draft picks should have been able to land him. Guess they really like Fournier.

They would have to send out around $5m in salary to make it happen, which would be tough to do without Gibson or Butler.
Looking at Denver's cap situation, they've got to send out more salary as well.

Nevermind, Denver used a trade exception (which I didn't think could be packaged with players, but whatever).

Would make sense. Afflalo would probably be a one and done anyway.

Looks like he's sticking around anyway.

Again, Afflalo will not be flipped for anyone else, according to Post sources. He'll be in Denver back with the #Nuggets for next season.

Well Denver badly needed length on the perimeter so Afflalo does address that.
I hope they keep Faried, but I feel like he's on his way out this offseason.
