What should I make with it this weekend?

the obvious choice is make a big batch of pesto and freeze it in batches

Chop it up, put in ice cube trays with olive oil. Freeze and have sautée starters on demand.
And make a caprese salad or little apps with a cherry tomato, fresh mozzarella and a basil leaf with toothpicks through them like little Ka bobs.

Kevin Dundon has a pretty good garlic pesto recipe.

Cut a bunch off and put it in a paper grocery bag. Seal the bag with a few paper clips and set aside for @4 or 5 days. When dry, pull the leaves, crush and jar. Beautiful color and better than the store bought stuff.

If you have basil (meaning you grow it) you by definition have a ton of it. If humans died off, the planet would be overrun by basil and mint.
