Why isn't Avengers on HBO/Starz, etc?

I own the blu-ray but I'm just curious as to why it never came to any of the movie channels.

It's been on Netflix for a while, maybe they have some kind of exclusive deal. Iron Man 2 and Cap 1 were on there for a while as well, I think Thor 1 too.
