It's interesting...NOLA might have the objective measures that someone thinks "should" make people stressed, but I am damn sure that the average person in NOLA (whatever an "average" person is)is less stressed than the average person on a ton of other places.
For instance DC is not on that list, and practically everyone I knew in DC was stressed.
