Ive done a good bit of research on calibrating my tv, but it seems the most common difference comes with the Auto Motion Plus (its a 120hz tv). Some people say leave it on, some say completely off, and some say use the custom setting with the blur and judder controls...Any opinions on which to choose?

Mine

Auto motion : custom
Blur reduction: 0
Judder Reduction :0
LED Clear Motion on

I'm no expert so I'm sure this is wrong.

Whatever looks best to you. It's interpolation. Some people like the effect, and some people consider it a gimmick and find the effect undesirable.

I'd like to see an answer for this too.

What's better for sports? Surely one looks better than the other, no? I confuse myself switching it back and forth too much trying to figure it out.

Thats what ive done for the past 2 days...

Ive noticed that it also depends on which signal the channel is broadcasting,60p or 60i. 60p i think looks better with it on and 60i better with it off. But i cant tell for sure becaise some channels look better than others so im just confusing myself

I dont have samsung (vizio) so can't specifically comment on that model/feature but I calibrated my LED yesterday using "tweakTV" and it made a world of difference IMO

Here's a link:
Tweak TV

Just input your brand and model and it spits out the "optimal" settings...very simple, I wish I had found this months ago
