Keep this in mind NBA fans

agents and GMs manipulate the media all season but it is far worse this time of year. So before you get all lathered up by the latest rumor:
1) if it is a tweet and nothing else from someone you have heard of, it is probably garbage and meant to keep a "promise" to a agent/player but not write a legitimate news story/column
2) if it is a tweet by someone nobody has ever heard of, it definitely is garbage
3) teams are actively trying to dupe one another, so trades that "dont make sense" or seem "too good to be true" are probably BS
4) the way the player media mouthpiece like SAS (Kobe), Windhorst (LBJ) et al keep their access to the cool kids is they allow themselves to knowingly put out spin that is 100% what the player and his agent want. Dont believe the hype
I 100% believe that Love is going to GS for picks, Lee and Thompson and all that needs to be resolved are the stipulations for the picks protection
I think LBJ opted out for leverage but he isn't leaving Miami. He may re-sign a 1yr or two year deal to keep his options open. if anyone leaves Miami it will be Bosh because Miami decided to let him go

And you know this because you are Lebron?
There is no way to know what Lebron will really do until he signs a contract.
He was best friends with Wade last time this happened and they teamed up. Now he's best friends With Melo this time around, and I fully expect them to team up,

Kinda rich how he says everyone is bullshitting and doesn't know anything, only to pass his opinion off as 100% certainty.

We read it the same way

this came from Chad Ford directly on the BS Report, I am just saying I 100% believe this accurate. This is not my opinion, this is what Chad Ford reported
I dont know what LBJ is going to do and I didnt say that I did. I said I think. There are a few things to consider:
His family is settled in miami, he trusts Pat Riley, he has total leverage of the situation and he learned from his mistakes with "The Decision"

I never did that
this thread is really about the next two days when we get smothered by idiots that run here and start threads about every single thing they read on twitter and bleacher report and RealGM

Except his wife is moving back to Akron, into the house they still own there. She is pregnant with their 3rd child. They want that child to be born in Akron. His kids are enrolling into Akron SV/SM feeder schools. Lebron has always stated he wants his kids to graduate from Akron St Vincent/St Mary High School. His wife isnt "settled" in at all.

Lebron cares about legacy
Cleveland is a mess
Gilbert is a terrible owner
Coach is a relative nobody

this rumor has already been debunked

There is a report that LeBron James has enrolled his kids in an Ohio school for the fall. Representatives of James say that report is false.

link? ETA: BTW when his kids are ready to enter HS he will be close to the end of his career anyway

Nothing has been stated for certain, but the idea has been around for awhile.
LINK
quote:
James lives with his wife and two children in Miami, and they maintain a home in Bath Township, Ohio, 25 miles south of Quicken Loans Arena. He continues to make an imprint on Akron. He donated $1 million to renovate the St. Vincent-St. Mary gym, which was renamed LeBron James Arena in December, and events like that raise speculation that James might want to raise his sons in Akron and return to the Cavaliers.

but the idea has been around for awhile.
pretty big difference between what you are saying and he what he said
who knows what is going to happen, but what he said as fact has been debunked for the most part. Even if it is all true the LBJ camp are going to deny it for leverage

Careful, bro. This is a thread reminding you to be wary of baseless media speculation...but, you are free to share any baseless speculation of your own.
