Stout's Gaming Sh*t I Find in Repo Houses

Someone was asking about this the other day in my Be Jelly thread so here is some of the stuff I currently have.
This CD case is full of PS2 games
I couldn't find them right now but I have found a shitload of Nintendo DS and Gameboy games. I also have found a ton of PSP games but I sold them all on eBay
I don't find too much Sega stuff
Wii Fit Board and some random controllers from all systems
And of course this is on top of the thread I made the other day with my NES and SNES find
I have found a lot more but I have given away and sold a lot of it. This is just the stuff I have found recently that I haven't had time to do something with.

Wouldn't the owners take the shite before their house got repossessed?
How are you able to get all this stuff? Are you buying up the properties and whatever is inside?

Some do and some don't. I have found far more valuable shite than this. Just sharing the gaming stuff here. A lot of times it's a divorce or something crazy so they leave behind all sorts of stuff because they are at a point they DGAF. Also, people are usually downsizing since losing their house and only take what they can. It's amazing what they leave behind really.
A few pieces of shite have left their pets behind to starve. I always take them to the no kill shelter and one guy I even turned into the police. He got a citation for animal abandonment and cruelty. He left his two dogs behind in the winter with no food or water and the word is he got two new dogs when he moved to his new place.

I buy a few but mostly I manage repos for banks and once the foreclosure process is complete whatever is left behind the bank owns so they don't want it and pay my company to get rid of it and get the house market ready. Before I send my crews over to do that I always walk through and take the stuff I want. The rest they take or throw away.

The push mowers I found in houses and the 3 zero turn mowers are mine. I have guys that cut grass at the houses we manage. One mower is out today on some jobs that's why it's not in the pics. My guys probably cut 100-120 yards per week.
