And what parts of the current document would be included?
10th Amendment gone?
2nd gone?
17th preserved?

The federal government would have infinite power...so basically exactly as it operates today.

If it were up to me, I would take away a hell of a lot of enumerated powers including the commerce clause since its proven this gov't just can't help itself.

I would hate to see what it would have in it and what was taken out.

Don't know what the end product would be...but the process would look like the scene where they were dividing up the cash in "Its a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World".

A man and his best friend would have a right to have sex with pigs, and smoke pot with with his principal.

Kill the commerce clause with fire.

It would look like either Kenya or Germany.

Saw a funny quote today... "If you've ever walked by a mailbox and had an impure thought, you've probably affected interstate commerce."

It would seem we are somewhere in the middle of those two.

The ones in bold we already have. The italicized one is nearly halfway there:
1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
3. Abolition of all right of inheritance.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
5. Centralisation of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
6. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of the population over the country.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labour in its present form and combination of education with industrial production.

No one knows. We'd have to ratify it to know what was in it.

It would be full of emoticons and LOL's!

Remember that picture of the affordable healthcare act printed out? The one where the document stands about six feet tall? We'd have to pass it to see what it would look like.
