She has certainly passed Mariah Carey right? She didn't peak as high as Britney Spears but obviously has been way more consistent.

I'd say Britney too. Beyonce really hurt her popularity when she started whoring herself out for every Obama event

Mariah has been out 10 years before Beyonce..and Whitney 20. She may not be there yet but she will pass them imo.

All she is, is a good performer. Her voice is very average IMO.

Wrong......her vocal style is all over the place...up and down up and down....its annoying as hell.

Even if true doesn't mean much considering how incredibly awful pop music has been the last 15+ years. Beyonce doesn't have anywhere near the mass appeal that Michael Jackson and Madonna had in their primes nor the catalog of enduring music.
Pull 10 random people between the ages of 21 and 50 off the street and ask them to name 5 Beyonce hits and I bet only 3 or 4 of them could do so. Do the same with 10 random people with Michael Jackson and Madonna and I bet at least 6 out of 10 could name 5 of their hits.
