Gonna have to pick Germany v Ghana. That was 60 minutes of intense play. The 2nd half was easily the best half of soccer we've seen.

For a 1-0 game, Costa Rica v Italy was extremely tense.

What you got?

I really enjoyed Netherlands-Australia, Colombia-Cote d'Ivoire, and Argentina-Bosnia

USA vs Ghana, because the USA won.

Netherlands-Aussies, England-Italy, Germany-Ghana, Netherlands-Spain was entertaining as hell despite the discrepancy.

Yes I was around town so I missed that game. Saw the highlights and have to agree. Nice back & forth match.

I´ve got a feeling it´s Ghana-Germany (about to watch the full match now). I thought Italy-Costa Rica was a very entertaining match.

That was good but I didn't think Brazil played to their potential. Part of that could have been due to Mexico's high level of play.

They still had 8 SOG. Ochoa just had one of those days that keepers have every now and then.

Yeah, I was going to say Mexico/Brazil just because of Ochoa's performance.

Germany/Ghana was great and even though it was a blow-out, I really enjoyed Netherlands/Spain because of how much joy the Netherlands played with.

Look at that, a 0-0 draw, another draw, and a blow-out.

Just goes to show how ignorant some people are when they use only the scoreline as an illustration of the game being "boring".

This is the best one I've seen by a mile, but I haven't got to watch many matches because of work. Sucks.

I haven't seen everything, but not counting the US match, I have to agree with Germany-Ghana. It was an especially wild second half, with emotions high and momentum shifting with each goal.

It went from "OK, now Germany's gonna kill them"
to "Maybe Ghana has a chance"
to "Is Ghana actually about to win this thing?"
to "Last-minute Germany comeback"

ending in just about the most thrilling draw you'll see.
