how would you rate the louisiana colleges?

It all depends on the program. For most liberal arts majors, Tulane is probably tops, while LSU and LA Tech split the engineering disciplines. LSU has the best music program and landscape architecture. ULL has computer science. I'm sure there's something good that Loyola offers.

Going to depend on the course of study. LSU does certain things better than Tulane; Tulane does certain things better than LSU.

what does tulane do better than lsu?
sciences lsu is much better in and has better resources and classrooms and labs. liberal arts? still give it to lsu. more ivy league educated professors.
