Caught a tasty one yesterday.

Fried it up within a few hours. Hard to beat.

Released one about the same size, ate the one that ingested the hook. Tried to get a couple on a fly but it was tough to position the boat. I spooked em trying to stay off of the obstruction.

Where'd you catch that? We were on Big Lake last weekend, heard a report of two of some being caught in Big Lake itself. Didn't target them, but the guide did look every time we passed a crab trap/other obstruction.

I think the folks that target them ride around, and actually see them laying up next to obstruction/crab trap/something, at least that's what I've heard.

I guess folks do catch them randomly sometimes, but everyone I know that goes after them pretty much sight fishes them.
