Wedding Day Events for Groomsmen...any suggestions?

I have 10 groomsmen and 6 ushers. I was thinking about golf, but only about half of us play and I'd have to rent tons of clubs or ask them to fly with them (which most probably don't have travel bags).
Logistics are just proving to be annoying. Still the leader in the clubhouse (intended), but I would love some other ideas.
I am all for them drinking and having fun all day. Wedding is in October so the pool is out of commission at that time. Its in Baton Rouge and they are all staying at the Capital Hilton Downtown. LSU away game (TV's at reception in case its a night game).
Ideas?

What? That phrase isn't out of commission already?
Its an outdoor wedding at my family's plantation and October is Louisiana's driest month and has great weather.
No one is standing up there with us and the ceremony will last 15-20 minutes.

2 giant flat screens at my reception for an away game which has a very good chance of being in the 2:30 slot and over by the time our wedding starts?
And our ceremony is 20 minutes in between the CBS and ESPN SEC game slots. People suck, this was as simple thread asking for things to do with groomsmen the day of so they aren't left playing with their dicks in their hotel rooms.
