I stumbled upon a video a few weeks back where I thought these two guys were going to have their way with Brandi. They were pulling in over $200k a month from subscriptions when their user base plateaued. They found out the videos they were making were ending up on piratebay, so naturally they started suing for copyright infringement. Basically they extort people now by threatening lawsuits unless the defendant settles for $2k-10k. They said just about everyone settles.

So if these people on sites like piratebay are stealing these people's copyrighted material, how is it extortion when these people sue them?
