For me it's c4. I get a good rush and sustained energy throughout my workout with no crash. What's yours?

You're going to get a lot of responses from professional athletes/bodybuilders saying you don't need that shite and wasting your money but I rotate C4 and Assault.

Ahh I wondered how many posters it would take to get a real answer. I've tried bullnox too but I prefer c4. I haven't tried assault yet and yes I know I don't need it but it gets me up and going for my 330 am workouts

Actually have heard/read a lot of good things about Pre JYM. Definitely going to try it out soon.
ETA: just checked bodybuilding.com and they are sold out of Pre Jym. Must be very popular.

I haven't tried many. I like Assault, but the crash is bad for me. Like borderline depression.

I don't understand this idea of needing to take supplements in order to finish a workout.
How did that become a thing? When I was lifting competitively during college - I'd see guys drinking and eating all kinds of crazy crap... never understood it.
Just show up and wreck shite and leave. Rinse, repeat.
ETA: MAYBE if you're waking up in the middle of the night to workout - as a previous poster mentioned. But not for a typical morning or afternoon workout.
