How can black people be mad at stereotypes when the most popular "black movies" are Tyler Perry and Martin Lawrence dressed as black stereotypes?

Because not all black people think the same thing?

Shitty shows like 2 & half men and Big Bang theory are extremely popular among white people but if you polled this board you would get a much different opinion on them.

Because it's the white man's fault that that only way for a black man to be successful is to dress up as a fat old lady, duh.

I just meant it's dumb to address the movie to white people when black people are just as guilty in keeping the stereotypes alive.

Yeah, cause this is what America needs right now.

I thought The Boondocks takes care of all these issues?

Isn't this movie just trying to be a live action Boondocks?

It'll probably be 50% bad comedy, 15% okay comedy, 5% actually funny, 20% mildly irritating, and 10% really irritating.

I'll catch the highlights on youtube (linked to Tiger Droppings) 3 years after it's released.
