What recipe is best for making wings have extraordinary heat? Some kind of ghost/scorpion pepper recipe? Anyone have some pointers?

1/4 teaspoon would light anyone on fire.. does not taste good but it is fun to give to people

Extracts.

Add them to your standard 1/2 hot sauce to 1/2 butter recipe. A dab will do ya.

Ill try the Source and look into the extracts. I've been wanting to add The Source to my hot sauce collection for a while.

I wonder if one could make wing sauce with pepper spray extract (it's a big white bucket filled with sauce that looks like red syrup)

seriously use caution .. it doesn't burn as much going in as it does coming out. Also I would not give a drop to someone that wasn't prepared for it.

let me know how the wing sauce comes out

holy shite i just looked up that sauce and it's a hundred bucks. I'm sure it goes a long way, but it's hard to justify spending that much on pepper sauce

Ill use with caution, but I have plenty of experience of the "fire in the hole" experience.

A lot of the collectors sauces can be high. The sauce I always wanted, the 16 million reserve, sells for I think $400, but unfortanetely it sold out a long time ago.

I have the 3am in my collection. But the 16 million reserve is king. 16 million scoville units! Tobasco has around 2,000

Chicken, then equal parts Tabasco and the blood of a Krypton elder.

(I don't have my joke telling eel pic handy, so just imagine a picture of a joke telling eel here).

I made some with Ghost Peppers and Red Savinas I smoked and dried last summer, added the peppers to a homemade base wing sauce I make and can't say I enjoyed it all that much as it did some weird shite to my tongue, go figure. Think I will stick with the smoked Chipotle with a touch of the Savinas.
