BBQ Pitmasters with Ponchatoula native

Randomly record episodes of BBQ Pitmasters when there is nothing else on tv. One I am watching now has "Give it to God" BBQ from Ponchatoula, La. Dude has a mullet and no accent

Not the best showing. Seems like he ignored some very basic "must-dos" for competition BBQ.

He's a competition cooker. Did his first contest in Ponchy's "Party In The Pits" cook off 4 or 5 years ago.
