Joint Bachelor / Bachelorette Party...Does this make the groom a beta?

I'm invited to a joint bachelor / bachelorette party. This sounds incredibly lame. The whole point of these things is to do stuff without the future spouse. It just seems like something a beta would allow his bride to plan.
What says the OT?

Maybe it will devolve into an all-out orgy.

If there's no orgy involved, it's definitely beta

I don't get into the whole alpha/beta discussion but I'd definitely call my friend a pussy and not go

I would have a wedding to attend that weekend.

The idea is getting the guys who will be at the wedding and the gals who will be at the wedding to get to know each other. Can make the wedding night more fun, but is beta as frick IMO.

Don't overlook the orgy possibility here, guys...

Depends.
Are the brides and bridesmaids gonna act like strippers/hookers?
Also, will there be blow?

I can't think of a more beta thing if I tried. I would not want to be around my wife or her friends during my bachelor party. It's like asking for a disaster.

The only way this will work is if ALL parties are single. There is no middle ground here if several are in a relationship/ engaged/ married, IMO.
There is no way this many people can go somewhere, get drunk, and there not be all sorts of drama (both bad and good).
Total dick move for the ones wanting to get married also. It sounds like the bitch of the relationship doesn't want to let the other one go.

I'd bet at least $4 that his fiancée forced him into this.

Do you know what the agenda is for the party? Is it anything interesting or is it dinner at Olive Garden followed by bowling?

I'd double down on that rendering him a bitch-made beta.

I'd for sure bust my friend's balls and call him a pussy over this.
