Stupidest non big 4 team sport.

In the US the big 4 team sports are baseball, football, basketball, and hockey. I know that many of you will say soccer because you someone how feel threatened by it.
But I will say rugby. It seems really dumb for adult men to play the game the way they do. I mean you have to hold back because a lot more guys would have broken bones and serious injuries if they really played the game hard and at 100 percent.
It is like pro wrestling in the guys who play it have to hold back because guys would get seriously injured and even killed if they played it has hard as football and went 100 percent in effort like the other team sports.

I don't watch one second of rugby, but a lot of people think you have it backwards on that point. The argument is that American football has it all wrong because the helmets and equipment let people go full bore and spear each other, whereas things like head injuries would be cut down if you just pull off the helmets and people properly body tackle.

But what about the speed and collisions of men weighing 200 lbs and above. I've seen rugby and I know men and women who play it and it is a sport most like pro wrestling in that you have to be "trained" the correct way to do it. I know pro wrestlers and the logic of rugby is the same.
