Cadillac commercial. Is it racist?

Was brought to my attention today. Kings and rulers are non white ( with the exception of the European one whose face isn't shown in a close up like the others). African American couple at the end has a white butler retrieve their bags. So, what exactly is Cadillac trying to say?

Yes.. This is stupid because look at every commercial on TV now... There's always a white guy, black guy, a woman (of either or BOTH races), and some foreign looking guy that nobody knows what he/she is
