Can take the player out of Welsh.. Can't take the Welsh out of the player

No telling how many of our players he would have poisoned and lead down a bad road

no shite. I still remember his ordeal of not signing, saying his mother was coming in, and then ending up at Tenn.

It had Kiffen written all over it. That was a weird recruiting year.

Now if we could get him on a conspiracy charge, happy Tuesday.

He had one of the worst father figures. The guy most likely sold him to Lane for a coaching job at Miami Ohio

"Janzen Jackson told police he was the person in the footage, but that the bag was part of a workout routine, Los Angeles police Detective David Torres testified"
Did he mean he 'routinely' strangled people?

Wow!! Makes you wonder what would have transpired had he come to LSU. Would he have turned out better or the same or worse! Sad story for an athelete that had a lot of promise.

It doesn't for me. Character "or lack there of" comes from within the individual from the chances he has had and messed up on it probably would have been no different if he had gone to LSU. He was a bad egg and I am glad LSU missed out on that one, but like duckie said I sure do remember the uproar it created on this board when he switched from LSU to Tenn. All I can say is, the big Tiger in the sky was looking out for us on that kid.

This guy had all the talent in the world and just pissed it away. I always wondered why people like this were blessed with so much talent and they never do shite with it. Once a tPOS always a tPOS.

Hey Lance how did that support thing work out ?

quote:

"He (Miles) was good about it,’’ Guidry said. "He understood that I’m only going to be four hours away (at Miami), so a support system will be there for Janzen with his mother living in California. Of course, he also told me about all of the good things that LSU had to offer.’’

Wow.

That is one turd I am glad slipped thru LSU's crack.

He had size and speed and I remember being pissed after he didn't sign with us. His game against LSU was downright disheartening he was a tackling machine against us. Didn't matter he got tossed off vols after the season a anyway. Another Maurice clarett/cecil Collins head case I guess.

IF memory serves, Lane was said to have gotten him to wait for another five star safety to sign his LOI because the guy said that he wasn't commiting to the same school as another five star guy at his position. The day after signing day Janzen signs and Lane gets his two five star safeties after all.

What a great way to make friends on the team!
