I'm getting a bit beat up but will probably jump in for a few more here soon. What the hell, some stripper would probably get this money anyways.

Anyone else buying this stock go through a foreign transaction fee of $50? First time experiencing this and don't know if its common or not.

New ADR ratio posted. Going to 4:1 lngly to lnglf....I wonder if you can convert shares from F to Y....

Went in big at .26¢ / share. Just want to maybe convert them.

Also, monkey island going IPO soon. SCT&E LNG is processing their ppm and will issue IPO after that. Ppm will be done in nextfew weeks!!

Is there an advantage to having Y vs F? I've got F right now and they pretty much move together, but I don't really know what I'm doing sometimes

Reading up on this company now. Looked intriguing until I got to this page with outdated project deadline info. Huge red flag for me.

Y is directly related to the company...you own a piece of the company...

F stands for foreign and is tied to the foreign stock and is trsdable but you do not own a part of gge company...

Asx tag LNG and our lngly are the only two directly affiliated.

From the link:

"A detailed Permitting & Approvals Roadmap has also been prepared by a local US consultant that outlines the related tasks over the next 24 months. In accordance with the FERC approval process, Magnolia LNG is anticipating submitting its formal Pre-File application by March 2013.

The five key early milestones targeted for the Project are:

Receipt of DOE FTA Approval February 2013
Submit Pre-Filing Application to FERC March 2013
Selection of Project partners June 2013
Submit Filing Application to FERC December 2013
Final Investment Decision December 2014 (subject to FERC approvals)"

On that page it should have updates. The language is still in the future tense.

I bought into LNGLF, and LNGLY months ago. I wish I had bought more than 20 shares of LNGLY when I bought in. It was at around $40 a share when I bought in. It just split 10 to 1 though, so I'm up to 200 shares now haha. I bought into LNGLF at around $2.20 a share. I bought about 800 shares of that. I'm still just dabbling in the market right now, so I haven't really gone big with anything yet...left a lot of money on the table playing it super safe
