What's the most ice cream you've consumed in one sitting?

I think I just set my personal record
At 3/4 of a blue bell cookies and cream half gallon so that's about 3 pints worth.
About 2,300 calories. I need an insulin pump

I almost completed the tchoupitoulas challenge. I was at about 80%-90%. But then I started getting dizzy, and I had to go back to my friend's house and throw up.
