I don't have a Bluetooth headset and I was curious if there was an app or something that you could connect your phone and ps3 together and use your device as the headset basically?? Thanks!

I doubt it

You'd be better off buying a really cheap BT earpiece

Do you have any Bluetooth pieces sitting around your house, you could use that.

If not I've seen decent ones at Walmart for about 14.99.

It does not have to be an official
Playstation brand.

Nah, never had a Bluetooth ear piece... Thanks for the input.. Would be cool if they made an app where you could use your phone either on speaker mode or plug in earplugs in your phone and do it that way but I'm sure it's something to do with the transmission is signals.. Not sure though..

There might be some bastardized way to get sound blasted to your phone but you can get a decent enough headset for $15. I'm listening to some right now that sound great and I think I paid less than $18.

ETA:

They're over the ear buds. I like them cause they stay on when I'm rocking out.
