Hmm....I'll say:

1.) Sweet Child of Mine
2.) Welcome to the Jungle
3.) Paradise City
4.) November Rain
5.) Used to Love Her

No deep cuts here, but, I love those five...

5. Yesterday's

Civil War is close for 5th.
November rain was a great song but not their top 5 on my opinion. It being played until eternity didn't help either. It was 11 min long for Christ sakes. It was also the beginning of the end for The original GnR as well.

Better on Chinese Democracy was solid. I'm not sure why it didn't pick up on local radio rather than just XM. Not top 5 but blew everything away that was on the last album. I heard an interview on XM about someone who helped produce the new album. They guy said Axl has tons of awesome material in his closet but hasn't seen the light of day due to his belief "thAt it's garbage"

1. estranged
2. november rain
3. sweet child
4. paradise city
5. welcome to the jungle

the top 3 are interchangeable imo, i put estranged and november rain ahead of sweet child because they are absolutely epic songs and you rarely hear anything similar to them these days

I have gotten sick of them over the years (I blame every football game ever), but I never get tired of "Patience"

Totally agree. I also liked Catcher In The Rye.

For me....
Estranged
Dead Horse
Think About You

The producer Mike Clink never recorded a whole satisfactory drum take from Adler for Civil War. He was so messed up on drugs that the version we hear is a splice of dozens of drum takes.
