Dallas could have easily won that first round series and they played the Spurs the toughest. LeBron to Dallas?

Houston had a great shot to beat the Spurs if they wouldn't have lost to Portland

When has a Mavs/Spurs series not gone to six or seven games though?

Spurs and Mavs hate each other. Pop and Carlisle are the best coaches in the West.

That series was gonna be a war from the start

I had forgotten they went 7 in the 1st round. Really crazy.

As far as Lebron, they'd be a perfect fit imo.

If you asked my today who has a better shot taking SA in a 7 games series I'd still take Miami over Houston.

That would be par for the course for a Pelicans fan. I've read enought threads over there to know that the fanbase in general doesn't know a whole lot about basketball.

Dallas plays more zone defense than anyone in the league which is why they played them better.

And they are big rivals, which tends to make teams play better.

You lost in 6 games to Portland in round 1, yet you think you had a great shot to beat the NBA champs.

Dallas had a great chance to beat them but Dallas wouldn't have beaten any other Western Conference team in a series. Once again your understanding of the importance of matchups is clearly lacking.

Tony Parker + Tim Duncan > Lillard + Aldridge

Also, how the frick do you think Houston would have a chance at defending Kawhi.

Oh IDK we handled them all 4 regualr season games I think Coach Mchale has a 'decent' idea.

And no Duncan is no longer capable of playing at the level that Aldridge played at in that series. There's no way he could've put up the points that LA did.
