Trey Quinn looks to be doing some serious training to get ready for college ball. I'm really excited to see what this kid brings to the table this year.

That was interesting. I like all of the footwork. With all of the rest of his skills, if his hips get even more loose he's going to be scary.

It exhausted me just watching that. This young man is going to be playing football for a long time and will be excellent.

Doing a lot of footwork. Hopefully, it pays off with him getting open or separating from the DBs.

I agree. If he can work underneath and get separation, he could turn into Josh Reed 2.0 - short passes turned into big gains. He's got the explosiveness, speed and footwork.

Where are the videos of Jarvis Landry and Odell beckham playing around with rubber bands?

I guarantee you that the footwork and change of direction drills are effective. The explosive type drills are good as well. Those were some interesting resistance training exercises with the cables. I wish Keenan Lewis could work with him on separation drills and handwork.

Coordination, explosion, fluid movements, and hand placement. All while catching footballs. That's good stuff.

I guess I should have rephrased my initial question. I wonder how effective training with rubber bands is VS the olympic lifts ( clean, jerk, snatch and their derivations), sprinting, and 110 yard conditioning tests that are used in Moffitts program. That and practicing routes.

How far can playing around with rubber bands take you vs the latter?

It's called resistance training, and it's very effective.
