What else?

Not holding the door open for others or worse not saying thanking when one opens the door for you.

I wear hats indoors on occasion but I don't wear them at a table.

Not waving to say thank you when someone lets you in traffic.

No yes ma'am, yes sir's.

Oh my God vs Oh my Gosh

Back a long time ago this wasn't necessarily frowned upon but wearing one when you sat down at the table to eat would get you some piercing looks and verbal admonishment if you didn't remove it.

If you are wearing a real hat I see no issue. Although never to eat.

Flat bill or hats with stickers should never be worn... period

I'm sorry, I didn't grow up on a farm or in the country. But under the societal norms that I grew up with you take your cap when you enter a building.

Also chewing and talking at the same time.

Huh? Where did you grow up and where do you live now. I need to avoid both.

I didn't grow up on a farm or in the country either. I'm not going to take my cap off either when I go inside a place. I'll take it off if I feel like when I'm eating but sometimes I don't do that either.

I don't chew and talk at the same time
I say sir and ma'am
I pray before I eat
I hold the doors open for others
I don't curse in front of my elders
I don't hit women

But I'll wear my hat inside if I want to

Seriously? It's just an expression.

You must be a bundle of fun to hang out with at a party.
