That UT site has just exploded.

I'm not sure who I blame more for his demise, Vince Young or Jeff Fisher.
He clearly had his fair share of screw-ups, but he was a 2-time Pro Bowler and Fisher was never invested in his success. Just a giant mess all around.

They're both to blame, but Fisher definitely fricked him in the long run. He never wanted VY.

VY was 30-17 as a starter. Weird how his career ended.

He wasn't the sharpest crayon in the box.

Vince Young played on some damn good Tennessee Titans' teams, but he was pretty bad as a quarterback.

Was rookie of the year over Marques Colston

His record as a starter is a misleading stat. Many times they won despite him. Hell Kerry Collins was winning games with that team when VY got benched.

it still amazes me that he never really got a shot to compete for a starting job anywhere after the Titans.
People forget he led the league in passer rating at the time he was injured and lost his starting spot with the Titans. He was solid pretty much the whole time here, and spectacular at times.
