Most terrifying Disney villain ever?

IMO, the coachman from Pinocchio is easily the most terrifying villain ever from Disney. There were hints that he was definitely a pedophile with a thing for little boys given the way he corrupted minors with pleasure island, he abused animals and kids, he was a greedy fatcat and a kidnapper/human trafficker to boot. And the most fricked up thing is that he's just about the only Disney villain that got away with his crimes.
And I'll never forget this....
At first he looks like a regular sweet and chubby old man....
Then he transforms into this devil that scared the ever living shite out of me as a kid...

Maleficent and there isnt a close second IMO. Just crazy dark/evil for a kids film.

The Black Cauldron scared me as a kid. I don't remember what exactly as I've blocked it from my memory.
