Nothing but a bunch of 2 bit thugs that know how to market themselves. Their bark is much worse than the actual bite. They're compressing a collection of isolated events into a few minutes to give the appearance it happens 24/7. Control your reptilian brain, please.

Ask the VC how they felt about the ROK Marines, who one-upped them time and again.
Cruel and inhumane? yes. Effective? yes again.
So far, this group has fought one-sided battles and are riding high. The Shia people in Iraq remember what it was like being under Sunni rule all those years. I don't think they are going to go down without a vicious and violent fight as the move gets closer to Baghdad.
Ask the VC how they felt about the ROK Marines, who one-upped them time and again.

I predict none. Iran perhaps but I suspect Saudi Arabia and Kuwait would as soon ISIS rule. They want to rule Iraq the way Saud runs his country now and we have always called them allies.
All the more reason we should stay the heck out of that part of the world.
We should have nuked Afghanistan until they handed over OBL and then left. Let the rest of the world keep the Persian Gulf open.
