Are there any other options than the stock one? Just got my first apple device as a work phone. This keyboard is horrible. Please tell me there are other options. Haven't even created an apple account yet to access the app store.

Nope...You use what APPLE tells you to use...But, on ios8 they are finally allowing 3rd party keyboards

Wow. After using SwiftKey for years, this is tough to get used to. Pretty rough going from Android to Apple

Work phone, I had no choice. I would have preferred to keep the streak going by never using an apple device. Hoping there was some other option to this shitty keyboard, but I guess not.

As someone mentioned, iOS8 will bring 3rd party keyboards, but that's probably coming out in a September/October time frame. August at the earliest.

iOS 8 in September will have Swift key as a third party keyboard.
