HL3/Portal3 will be one game with the new source engine AFTER it is matured on LFD3.

Just think of Valve and Half Life's relationship like Tool and the concept of a new album. They are few and FAAARRRRR in between.

Nah not really...
Then again, why release a game with a story which pivots off of other titles. Valve needed Portal 2 to be finished in 2011 before even considering the next chapter. Those 2 games are now linked, they are in the same universe and with the borialis from aperture playing the biggest roll in EP3, its writing for 2 games in one now.
The next game will have the Free-Man with some type of current space/time TP device. It won't be handheld, buy some form of one. This is the only tool the combine lacks in taking over every part of this universe and others.

I wonder if the peasants even know about the capilities of the nVidia shield?
You might be able to DL games to it but what the point when its a lot cheaper. Maybe the WAN has an UN payable he GH latency, will test when mine comes in. I'm betting it does, but most reviews claim it to not be as bad.

Its seriously probably my least favorite band of all time. Every song I've heard is annoying.

I want to know how many ppl have played Portal but never a HL game.
Bet its more than we think. Yes a lot of ppl owned the Orange Box but even more purchased Portal 2 without playing HL or Portal.
This is odd when you think about it, since the link to both of these games can be found in Portal 2.
