I have a feeling we'll run the ball 60 times a game and throw about 15 times.

I'm concerned we're going back to Jefferson mode.

I'll just say our leading QB probably won't eclipse 2000 yards on the regular season.

Nobody really has any idea what to expect in terms of QB production this year.

Season:
comp: 273
Att: 372
YDS: 3,215
TD: 28
INT: 12

But I'm assuming a 15 game season.

2400 Yds....... Around 20 attempts..... 15 TDs........ 55% accuracy. 8 INTs. Something like that? That's expected but I def want more production and may get it in the first few games but the SEC for a freshman isn't easy.

TOP and 3rd down % will tell the story for us this year. Very conservative offense while trying to keep your stellar D fresh. JMO

Les would have a heart attack. Mett had 8 last year but was hitting 65% and Les seemed upset at every one. Personally I think we have 4 in the first 3 games and then Les rips the passing plays out of the book.

Yeah, he should be elated whenever one of our QBs throws a pick.

We will win games the way all successful SEC teams win games- an outstanding ground game and a stout defense. Harris/Jennings playing well will be a bonus.

1,800-2,200 yds. 12 td's, 14 int's. Running game will cover for it though.

I expect the offense to be run-heavy as well. But unlike some others, I see the QB's production having as much to do with a young/inexperienced WR corps as the QB's themselves.

I've seen freshman wideouts both struggle and tear it up in NCAA football over the years, and I have every reason to believe Dupre will be one of the truly great talents we've ever had at the position.

I'm just not convinced it will be this year.

I think our QB's are going to be below average in production this year. That's my gut feeling.

But I think the run game will be strong enough to pick up much of that slack.

I believe Mett had 12 TD, 7 INT his first year starting. I would be happy with that production from our QBs this year, but expect it to be worse than that.

No expecation of production in terms of stats.
I expect escapability, ball security and moving the chains with their feet.

Why? Because both Qb's are black?

That makes no sense
