Did Scona learn in journalism school to open every interview with a joke ?

Every interview he gives he starts it out with some stupid, goofball question. For example, he's interviewing Rob Ryan today and he opens with "Hey you went to high school with Ron Goldman
( the guy OJ Simpson murdered) did you know him?" Ryan didn't really quite know what to make of the question.

His bit about an interview with Marshawn Lynch made me turn to a different station. I've caught myself doing that a lot when he is on lately.

I love these BR sports radio threads. It makes me almost miss that crap. It's like you remember how awesome yoo-hoo's were as a kid. Then you have one now and realize how shitty it really is.
I think Scona tries way too heard to be Cowheard.
