Getting your point across or trying to get attention with in-your-face tactics is one thing, but surely someone with common sense works at this place. For what it's worth, the three justices are the democrats on the bench and the article headline "assualt on the TN Supreme Court" is pretty tacky for a liberal mag to use.

Jesus, you would think that the whole Tucson shooting/Sarah Palin crosshairs controversy would have crossed their minds. But, then again, that may have been what they were going for.

Agreed. They will probably leave it up long enough to cause a stir then take it down with a half-arse apology.

Agreed. The image was tasteless and irresponsible. An alternative graphic could have been a simple no symbol or a red x a la Family Feud.

probably not a good move, but given much of the garbage rulings that come from the bench, I can certainly see why there are metal detectors at court houses
