I've eaten maybe two donuts in the last twenty years. Just never been a big fan.
I will go to Moms on Jones Creek to pick up for my kids though. They seem to like them.

Ehhh. Not really. I'm friends with one of the owners and have been following their progress. Once the building was completed, things moved rather quickly. They were suppose to open this summer sometime, which they did.

On lee between Perkins and highland. Pretty good donuts. Worth a try if you're in the area. Also make little burgers like crystal. Open 24 hours.

KK isn't nearly as good or in the same league as MR's. I may be biased b/c I grew up with MR's in Houma, but those glaze doughnuts are still 1 of the things I miss most about living there. Always hot and always fresh. Give them a shot.

Seems like they did move quick with the opening once the building was built. I know Jade and the other guys were in Houma a good bit training.

Only Shipleys I've ever had that were good were in Bunkie. And those are the best donuts I've ever had, and it's not even close.
