Crossfit WOD: 20 min AMRAP with a partner..

100 calorie row
100 pistols (1-legged squats) OR 150 goblet squats with a 53lb KB
100 kettle bell swings with a 53lb KB
100 24" box jump overs

Split the cals/reps as needed with your partner.

Workout sucked.

I wonder how many people that post in this thread do absolutely no form of exercise ever yet are going to shite on crossfit.
